** Services Provided**

“Digital Winner IT”offers various digital marketing services, including but not limited to:

– Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
– Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising
– Social Media Marketing
– Content Marketing
– Amazon Advertising.
– YouTube SEO & Monetization Package. 
– Analytics and Reporting

** Client Responsibilities**

The client agrees to:
– Provide all necessary access to website(s), social media accounts, and other relevant platforms.
– Supply all necessary content, images, and other information in a timely manner.
– Ensure that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date.
– Cooperate with “Digital Winner IT” to enable us to deliver services efficiently.

** Payment Terms**

– **Setup Fee:** A one-time fee is required for initial account setup, due before work commences.
– **Monthly Management Fee:** Fees are billed monthly in advance and are due by the 1st of each month.
– **Ad Spend:** The client is responsible for funding their ad accounts directly. “Digital Winner IT” will manage the spending based on the agreed budget.
– **Additional Services:** Fees for additional services will be billed as incurred.

** Contract Duration and Termination**

– The initial contract term is three months, renewable on a monthly basis thereafter.
– Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days’ written notice.
– In the event of termination, all outstanding fees for services rendered must be paid within 15 days.

** Confidentiality**

Both parties agree to keep all information regarding each other’s business, including marketing strategies and client lists, confidential and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.

** Performance Guarantees**

“Digital Winner IT “makes no guarantees regarding specific results or performance due to the dynamic nature of digital marketing and external factors beyond our control. However, we commit to providing services to the best of our ability and utilizing industry best practices.

** Liability Limitation**

“Digital Winner IT” shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service period in question.

** Amendments**

“Digital Winner IT” reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
